Responsibilities:• Conduct lead generation activities such as cold calling, door knocking, and attending networking events to attract potential clients.• Engage in training sessions focused on enhancing skills and knowledge in real estate sales.• Ensure persistent follow-up with leads until appointments are scheduled with a listing or buyer's agent.• Maintain regular communication with prospective homebuyers through various channels to establish brand recall.• Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports to track the team's progress toward company goals.• Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clientele successfully.• Utilize CRM tools efficiently to gather and maintain accurate customer data for agents.• Schedule appointments with clients effectively and conduct them in a professional manner.
