Responsibilities:• Develop effective strategies to attract leads and engage potential clients in the Costa Mesa real estate market• Participate in specialized training sessions focused on enhancing real estate knowledge and refining essential skills• Diligently follow up on generated leads until appointments are successfully scheduled with either a listing or buyer's agent in the area• Maintain consistent communication with prospective homebuyers through phone calls and emails to nurture relationships and ensure brand recognition in the local market• Prepare regular monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress toward achieving company objectives in Costa Mesa• Respond promptly to sales inquiries from qualified leads and efficiently convert them into new clients for the team• Utilize a CRM system effectively to maintain accurate and updated customer information for the agents working in Costa Mesa• Efficiently manage and conduct appointments with clients in the Costa Mesa area Qualifications:• To be considered for the position of Entry-Level Real Estate Sales Agent in Costa Mesa, CA, US, candidates must possess a valid Real Estate License or be actively working towards obtaining one.• Previous experience in sales is a requirement for this role.• Strong communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with clients.• Holding a valid driver's license is a mandatory prerequisite for this position.
