The Entry Level Personal Assistant provides vital administrative and personal support to senior staff, ensuring efficient operations and smooth daily workflows. This position is ideal for those starting their career in office support and looking to build skills in organization, communication, and executive assistance. Salary: $950 - $1250 /week Job Type Full-time Location: New Jersey T WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS Responsibilities: Organize and manage schedules, including coordinating meetings and appointments. Act as a point of contact for correspondence and communication on behalf of senior staff. Maintain filing systems and ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information. Prepare and edit reports, memos, and documents as directed. Run errands and handle personal tasks for senior staff when necessary. Facilitate communication between different departments and external partners Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or coursework in administration is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
