We are actively seeking a motivated Entry Level Marketing Assistant to work on event-based campaigns in the local region. Position Overview The Entry Level Marketing Assistant plays a vital role in the marketing and advertising department. This is an entry-level role during training , which provides a comprehensive overview of marketing strategies, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising , and consumer market research . After completing the training program, the candidate will be eligible for a team lead role within the marketing department.This position reports directly to the Executive Marketing Manager . Key Responsibilities Support the daily development of assigned event campaigns. Assist with customer acquisition and retention efforts. Develop leadership and interpersonal skills for long-term success. Drive sales through retail promotional event campaigns. Build brand awareness via customized marketing strategies at local events.
