Our team is made up of driven and ambitious individuals dedicated to providing top-quality services to our clients. Due to the success of our partnership with Verizon, we are expanding and seeking motivated and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as an Entry Level Management Associate. The primary responsibility of the Entry Level Management Associate is to implement sales initiatives and community-centered campaigns in an effort to drive market share for our clients. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Management Associate: Develop and implement sales strategies through direct community outreach to exceed business objectives. Effectively build and maintain relationships with customers to qualify long-term customers, increase customer retention, and promote repeat business. Utilize generated leads to reach sales and customer satisfaction goals by qualifying customers and providing exceptional customer service. Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop effective marketing strategies to meet their needs. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive innovative and competitive solutions. Actively lead training on product knowledge, consumer satisfaction, and compliance to sales teams on behalf of management. Requirements of the Entry Level Management Associate: At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, Client Relations, or Business Development preferred but not required Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to rapidly troubleshoot Intrinsically motivated Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed #LI-Onsite Powered by JazzHR
