We are a dynamic marketing and advertising department seeking an Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This exciting role offers comprehensive training in marketing strategy , direct advertising , promotional techniques , visual merchandising , and consumer market research . Upon successful completion of our training program, you'll have the opportunity to advance to a team lead position within the department. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the growth and development of assigned marketing campaigns. Support customer acquisition and retention efforts. Manage external customer needs , ensuring top-notch service and satisfaction. Develop leadership and interpersonal skills as you take on increasing responsibility. Drive sales through retail promotional campaigns . Build brand recognition through local events and experiential marketing . Interact and engage with customers to foster strong relationships. Problem-solve and make professional judgments to improve operations and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Ability to work full-time hours and some weekends for special events. Capable of excelling in both independent assignments and team projects . Willingness to travel 1-2 weeks per year for training and events. Strong communication skills and an enthusiasm for customer interaction. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment .
