Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.Manage logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and event setup, to ensure seamless operations.Work with the marketing team to develop and implement effective event marketing strategies.Assist in creating and preparing marketing materials to support event initiatives.Help maintain positive relationships with clients and partners by supporting client meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications.Provide on-site assistance during events, ensuring smooth operations and quickly addressing any issues that arise.Interact with event attendees, providing information and promoting client brands.Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and maintaining organized files and documentation related to events and marketing activities.
