We are a business development and sales firm based in the Orange County area. That means our clients hire us to provide a personal touch with customers that they can’t achieve themselves and place trust in us to represent their brands. We create a personalized approach to promotions, sales, and customer service that has dramatically increased client revenue and market brand share. We are looking to hire an entry-level Customer Support Representative to take a unique, relationship-oriented approach to their campaigns and sales, and liaise between major clients and their customers. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Support Representative: Incorporate knowledge of the industry to complete sales and enrollment initiatives. Investigate and solve customer inquiries and communicate the services and products available to them to provide an exceptional customer experience. Lead by example and positively and professionally represent the clients. Provide product and customer service before, during, and after the sales process. Manage in-field promotional marketing campaigns. Requirements of the Entry Level Customer Support Representative: Work experience in the following industries is an asset, but not required: Communications, Business administration, Management, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, Retail, and related fields. Desire to succeed in an entry-level position. Great communication skills and people skills. Excellent work ethic. A positive business attitude like the rest of our client’s enthusiastic staff.
