As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Entry Level Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Service Representative: Interact with current and prospective customers in a professional and friendly manner Address customer inquiries, provide information about our clients products/services, and offer assistance to ensure their needs are met. Facilitate presentations or services offered to customers with the goal of processing a sale for them with our clients available services Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, concerns, or challenges promptly, escalating complex problems to appropriate team members when necessary. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients, aiding in upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client interactions and needs. Entry Level Customer Service Representative Qualifications and Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with client inquiries, sales, and concerns.
