Club Link is Hiring! As a Member Services Associate, you hold a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal experience for our esteemed Members. Within the Member Services department, we deliver an array of customer services tailored to both Club Link Members and Guests, leveraging our deep understanding of the organization and its offerings. Associates are tasked with addressing Member and Guest inquiries and concerns while upholding the highest standards of customer service. Proficiency in communication, a constructive demeanor, adept problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently are indispensable qualities for success in this role. RESPONSIBILITIES Working in a call center environment, serve as the first point of contact for all Club Link Member inquiries and tee times bookings Investigate inquiries and concerns about service/product/accounts and solve issues that can be readily resolved Track all Member issues and follow up to ensure satisfaction and resolution Responsible for all aspects of accounts receivable and membership inquiries Monthly reporting of delinquent accounts and sending appropriate correspondence to Members as necessary Update any Member information such as an address, contact information etc. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Team Player Strong background in customer service Strong oral and written communication skills Strong organization, detail-oriented, analytical and problem-solving skills Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Pro General Knowledge of golf Bilingual in French and English is an asset ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Participation in Club Link’s health benefit program, including health spending account.
