Through our partnerships, we have been able to help grow the business of our clients while growing our own as well. Our Entry Level Customer Service Managers lead our team in engagement, sales, discovery, and solutions by engaging with community members and employing their problem-solving skills to provide the most knowledgeable customer service. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Service Manager: Provide excellent sales and customer service experience through direct communication, including answering questions, problem-solving, and suggesting alternatives Learn all client product knowledge in order to implement sales processes directly with consumers Work with the sales and marketing teams along with other Customer Service Managers to adapt and improve business development practices Uphold the confidentiality and professionalism requirements that our client partners expect during the customer service and sales processes Other general responsibilities as assigned Requirements of the Entry Level Customer Service Manager: High school diploma or GED equivalent is not a requirement but is a plus 1+ years of experience working in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality A student mentality and willingness to learn Must be passionate about working with others Ability to work individually and as part of the sales and Customer Service Management team A drive for professional growt h Joining our team as an Entry Level Customer Service Manager will involve working directly with our clients and local community to determine sales and service solutions for current and potential customers!
