Role Overview: As an Entry-Level Community Outreach Associate , you will play a pivotal role in implementing outreach strategies, engaging with community members, and promoting our programs . You will collaborate with the outreach team to build community relationships and identify new opportunities for collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Community Engagement : Actively engage with community members to raise awareness of our programs and services. Event Participation : Assist in planning and participating in community events , workshops, and meetings. Relationship Building : Develop and maintain relationships with community leaders , organizations, and stakeholders. Information Sharing : Distribute informational materials and communicate key messages to the community. Feedback Collection : Gather feedback to assess community needs and improve outreach efforts. Team Collaboration : Work with the outreach team to develop and implement effective community outreach strategies . Reporting : Document and report on outreach activities to track impact and success.
