A company is looking for an Enterprise Success Specialist (Remote) to nurture and expand relationships with key enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities Support the cultivation and growth of relationships with enterprise clients through training and support Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex support issues and identify upselling opportunities Monitor client satisfaction and assist the Enterprise Success Manager in coordinating tasks and meetings Required Qualifications and Education Proven experience in client support, particularly in a B2B or enterprise setting Strong grasp of client relationship management Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace Bachelor's degree is preferred Experience in the financial services sector is a plus
