A company is looking for an Enterprise Implementation Manager to oversee the onboarding and implementation of its software for large customers. Key Responsibilities Project manage a portfolio of approximately 10 customer accounts during the implementation process Build and maintain senior-level relationships with customer accounts to ensure a premium experience Collaborate with customers to solve complex problems and increase product value throughout the onboarding process Required Qualifications 4-6+ years of experience as an Implementation Manager in the software or technology sector Experience managing large implementations and ensuring customer success Familiarity with Vertical SaaS and ability to quickly learn industry-specific expertise Demonstrated ability to create and execute project plans with various stakeholders Experience working with enterprise-level customers and understanding their workflows
