Key Responsibilities Lead onboardings end-to-end to support customers with their initial demo launches Manage enterprise customer relationships across various industries Lead quarterly business reviews and advocacy efforts with strategic customers Required Qualifications Experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a SaaS environment Ability to manage and nurture relationships with enterprise clients Strong understanding of product-led growth strategies Experience conducting business reviews and presenting to stakeholders Willingness to collaborate on process improvements and enablement resources
