A company is looking for a Staff Vice President, Enterprise Architecture to define and drive the enterprise architecture strategy and align it with business goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the enterprise architecture strategy to support business objectives and digital transformation initiatives Establish architecture governance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements Lead and mentor a team of architects, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field 10+ years of diverse IT experience, with a minimum of 10 years in enterprise architecture At least 5 years in a leadership role within the healthcare payer industry Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud computing, data management, and cybersecurity Previous experience managing staff, including hiring and performance management
