*** Please note: This is a one-year (Hybrid) contract that can be extended. TriTech Enterprise Systems, Inc. (TriTech) is seeking a mid-level Enterprise Architect in Richmond, VA. The candidate must provide the following skills: Provide data networking solutions and oversight in regard to legacy telco services such as broadband internet circuits, cloud networking, wireless mobile service, etc. Have extensive knowledge and experience with Data and Network Monitoring technologies, standards, and practices for management of the broadband circuit portfolio. Have the ability to assist with the Data Networking services lifecycle from strategic planning to operations and financials, from a broadband circuit perspective. Provide wireless mobile phone and Data Networking expertise required to specify business requirements for current & future services. Have the ability to perform Voice and Data Networking technology and operational assessments to manage the legacy portfolio/tech debt to create future roadmaps. Have experience with wireless Intune MDM for configuration of wireless settings for devices Have experience in managing general technology incidents and leading them to resolution. Understands best practices in service management including contract and vendor management in an outsourcing or shared service Responsible for responding to and resolving customer/agency escalations Recommended Knowledge/Experiences: Experience in State/Agency is a plus ITIL Foundations certification desirable Experience deploying and managing broadband circuits and wireless phone solutions Experience in cloud networking Experience with Thousand Eyes network monitoring tool Skills: Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Knowledge of and experience with data and network monitoring technology Required 3 Years Network expertise required to specify business requirements for current and future network services Required 3 Years Networking incident management Required 3 Years Experience working in a state government/agency Desired 3 Years Cloud networking experience Highly Desired 3 Years Responsible for responding to and resolving customer escalations Required 3 Years Experience with commercial broadband circuits (i.e. Comcast, etc.) Required 3 Years TriTech is an Equal Opportunity Employer!Powered by JazzHR
