A company is looking for an Enrollment Call Center Agent to assist prospective and enrolled students with admissions and academic support. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email communication Manage inquiries and applications to convert prospective students into enrolled students Assist students and families with academic policies, curriculum, and enrollment issues Required Qualifications, Training, and Education: Background in sales or customer acquisition preferred Progress towards a college degree required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential Experience in advising or contact center settings is a plus Ability to work scheduled shifts within specified hours, including occasional overtime
