You’ll work closely with a team of skilled engineers in a hands-on role focused on the manufacturing, testing, and production of high-tech propulsion hardware. Our expertise includes green monopropellant thrusters, solar electric propulsion, and high-powered electric propulsion, supporting both near-Earth and deep-space missions. Key Responsibilities: Assemble and test electric space propulsion components and related test equipment Set up and configure testing facilities, including power supplies and flow cabinets Design, fabricate, and implement setups for electro-mechanical assembly and testing Perform maintenance and ongoing improvements on electro-mechanical systems Assemble, test, and maintain circuitry and electronic components Bonus: Basic understanding of PLCs and Ladder Logic for interpreting and troubleshooting existing systems Skills & Experience: Experience with electronics testing, including both low and high-voltage systems Proficiency in mechanical assembly of precision technical systems Familiarity with machine shop basics such as milling, sawing, and drilling Understanding of fluid flow and control best practices Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) Bonus: Basic knowledge of PLCs and Ladder Logic Associate’s Degree in Engineering or Science Technology and 2+ years of relevant industry experience Additional Requirements: U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required (ITAR compliance) Employment contingent upon background checks Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan Generous paid time off Professional development and growth opportunities Powered by JazzHR
