Summary: This role is responsible in providing day-to-day engineering support for the business unit by creating, maintaing, troubleshooting and improving process and product improvements. Essential Functions: Provide technical assistance to business unitwhen technical and/or quality problems arise in production/experimental runs. Manages assigned process/manufacturing optimization projects of minor to moderate size bycreatingnecessary documentation, writingup results and makingrecommendations. Support the monitoring and maintenance ofequipment and processes to ensure uptime and safe use for manufacturing. Train, mentor and coach team members as needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High School Diplomaor equivalent.May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of education 4+ years of engineering or technical experience Experience in continuous improvement, problem solving experience, and/orexperience with Six Sigma and Lean tools Hands-on material testing experience PDN-9b74ead5-2c7f-422a-99a1-e1f04822c07a
