Your Key Responsibilities Realizes development, implementation and optimization of production technology for production of new and existing Schaeffler products. Develop, validate and implement production technologies. Improve production technologies in terms of quality, cost and robustness. Initiate and coordinate development of production machines and tools. Validate machines and tools. Support/enable production or production departments to realize production (hand-over, training, trouble-shooting).
