Requirements: Prior experience building engines including high performanceAbility to specify requirements to meet target performanceDevelop and document detailed work plan for each project; track progress, build and invoice detailsProficient in engine teardown and measurementDiagnose, analyze root cause and provide forward solutionsEngine simulation experience a plusDynamometer operationEngine TuningMachining experienceHigh attention to detailFabrication experienceHighly organizedComputer skills - minimum of internet research, email, file management, data entry.
