A company is looking for an Engagement Manager to lead the bidding process and manage pre-sales activities. Key Responsibilities Drive new business opportunities and manage client relationships during pre-sales Lead the proposal development process, ensuring alignment with client requirements and compliance with RFP guidelines Conduct risk management and retrospective analysis to improve engagement processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus 4+ years of experience in bid/proposal management, preferably in healthcare Proficiency in bid management software and MS Office Knowledge of US contract laws and regulations Certifications such as PMP or APMP are advantageous
