System Maintenance: You'll address terminal operating system data and program issues, adjust configurations, and ensure seamless system performance. User Training: You'll conduct training sessions for various modules, empowering team members to maximize system efficiency. Troubleshooting: You'll assist customers with link support, Evermail e-mail issues, and data inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution. System Optimization: You'll analyze systems to optimize performance, collaborate with users to enhance procedures, and coordinate emergency responses for critical system failures. Collaboration: You'll work closely with developers, gather program requirements, review logic, propose UI/UX enhancements, and oversee program testing before implementation. Reporting: You'll provide regular project status updates to management, advise on potential program changes, and liaise with vendors for software integration issues. Resource Management: You will also participate in the management, and scheduling of resources, based on operational needs, ensure hardware inventory management, and prioritize downtime for updates and maintenance. WHAT YOU BRING: Strong technical expertise in terminal operating systems and related systems. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
