A company is looking for an Enablement Manager responsible for developing and implementing programs to support the productivity and effectiveness of internal sellers. Key Responsibilities Unify and activate teams, tools, and technology for sales enablement across the Americas and APJ Oversee reporting and certification of enablement activities, continuously measuring their effectiveness Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create relevant sales collateral and resources Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in a sales, sales enablement, or training role, preferably in a global technology company Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and sales enablement tools (Highspot, etc.) Ability to lead and partner in a cross-functional, matrixed, and remote team environment Proven ability to collaborate and influence the behavior of sales personnel and management Proactive and entrepreneurial style with a strong ability to work independently
