Consumer Law Partners is looking for an experienced attorney to join our fast-growing team! We are seeking experienced Employment/Wrongful Termination attorneys to join our legal team. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of employment law and a proven track record of successfully representing clients in cases of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other employment-related matters.Responsibilities:- Represent clients in a variety of employment law cases, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation- Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies- Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and judges- Attend court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients- Stay current on changes in employment law and legal trendsQualifications:- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school- Active license to practice law in the state where the position is located- Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing employment law- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work independently- Proven track record of successful outcomes in employment law casesIf you are a dedicated and skilled Employment/Wrongful Termination Attorney looking to join a dynamic legal team, we want to hear from you.
