As an Employment Specialist at HopeLink, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health conditions, substance use disorders, or developmental disabilities in securing and maintaining meaningful employment. What you'll do: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' vocational interests, skills, and abilities. Develop individualized employment plans that match clients with suitable job opportunities within the community. Provide on-site and off-site job coaching to ensure successful job placement and retention. Deliver engaging psycho-educational courses to equip clients with job readiness skills. Build strong relationships with clients, employers, and community providers to foster a supportive network. What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in rehabilitation counseling, social work, or a related human services field Minimum one year of experience working with adults or youth with mental health challenges, substance use disorders, autism spectrum disorder, or mild intellectual disabilities. Strong clinical writing skills and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. High emotional intelligence with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated starting salary of $47,000 based on qualifications and experience.
