As an IPS Employment Specialist, you will work closely with a small caseload of clients, collaborating flexibly with the treatment team to help clients achieve their employment goals. Their Success Story Staffordshire Treatment and Recovery Service proudly initiated IPS within the substance misuse setting back in April 2018 as one of the programs initial trial sites. The exceptional success of this project led to Staffordshire receiving an extension, allowing them to continue delivering an outstanding service. As a result, they are thrilled to announce the expansion of their team.
