Role Overview : Employment Coach (HMP Stoke Heath): In this great role, you will have the responsibility of mentoring and readying learners, clients, job seekers, or residents (including prisoners) for the workforce, equipping them for various employment and apprenticeship opportunities. Role Responsibilities : Employment Coach (HMP Stoke Heath): Accurately backss prisoners needs using the Digital PLP process, including their challenges, career goals, strengths, areas for growth, and training opportunities. Develop goal: oriented action plans using Digital PLPs for all eligible. Coach prisoners individually and in group settings during both induction and review stages of the process.
