The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advising clients on employment policies, statutory compliance, and handling employment litigation and transactions. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach to legal challenges, and a commitment to mentoring junior associates. Key Responsibilities:Advise clients on employment law matters including policies, practices, compliance, and risk management.Draft and review employment agreements, separation agreements, and other employment-related documents.Represent clients in employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination cases.Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice on labor and employment issues.Collaborate with clients to develop proactive employment strategies and training programs. Requirements:JD from an accredited law school.Admission to the California Bar in good standing.4+ years of experience practicing employment law, with a focus on counseling, litigation, and transactional work.Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated understanding of employment law principles. Skills and Attributes:Excellent legal writing and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Motivated and proactive approach to legal practice.Commitment to client service and satisfaction.Experience mentoring and training junior associates is a plus.
