Health Sure, an Alera Group Company, is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our team! Assist clients with eligibility, billing, and claim issues for medical and ancillary services, act as backup to Account Executives on shared accounts, and build strong relationships with carrier contacts. Manage the renewal process by requesting carrier renewals, creating RFPs, reviewing quotes, and preparing renewal spreadsheets and presentations. Attend pre-renewal and renewal meetings to present options, negotiate renewals, and ensure accuracy in all deliverables. Oversee Open Enrollment (OE) logistics by scheduling dates, auditing deliverables, coordinating with enrollers, and submitting reports/files to carriers. Assist with client implementation of new carriers and update client documentation with decisions and OE details. Knowledge of all medical and ancillary insurance products, usages and markets. Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and ability to utilize computer programs and understand functionality.
