We are looking for exceptional people who share our mission and values to join our team! JOB QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree preferred . 2 years of previous ER tech experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong customer service skills. Knowledge of JCAHO and IDPH regulations. CPR certification required. ACLS certification desired. Demonstrated organization and time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and solve problems. Phlebotomy preferred. EMT preferred. Computer skills necessary to access patient databases, e-mail systems, etc. JOB DUTIES Demonstrates the WMH Customer Service Values, which are key in providing quality service to patients and customers. Coordinates the activities of the Emergency Room Technicians. Assists with scheduling and staffing of the emergency room technicians. Assists with ER technician competencies. Orients newly hired Emergency Room technicians to the department. Orders supplies for the department. Provides patient care per ER technician job description. Evaluates quality of patient care. Problem solving to improve patient care. Ensures patient and staff satisfaction. Assists the director with performance improvement plans.
