Job Details 33,000 annual visits 27,000 volume 30 hours of Physician coverage 12 hours of PA/NP coverage EMR-Epic Qualifications: BE/BC EM > 97% Achievement with MIPS composite scores 45% Fewer opiate prescriptions 1.3% Avg LWBS rate across all EDs 22 Minutes Avg arrival to provider time across all EDs Facility Information Since 1898, Franciscan Health Dyer has stayed true to its founding mission to care for everyone that walks through its doors. Located roughly 30 miles from downtown Chicago on the Illinois and Indiana border. Dyer is home to many delicious restaurants that also offer weekly entertainment. Some travel to Dyer to see the historic Meyer's Castle, built in the 20 th Century, which sits on 10 acres of the town's highest ground. Many people know Dyer from traveling on Lincoln Highway which takes you through the town. The historic highway, "Ideal Stretch" was the first paved road in Indiana.
