Emergency Medicine opening in Missouri_x000D_Located in West Plains, MO_x000D_Full-Time & Permanent_x000D x000D_Seeking a BE/BC Emergency Medicine physician to join group._x000D x000D_The facility is well-equipped with the latest in emergency health technology and design to best treat the 28,000 patients Ozarks Healthcares Emergency Department sees annually. The ED includes:_x000D x000D_- 16 private treatment rooms with two designated as trauma/major medical_x000D_- Excellent diagnostic imaging and laboratory services including digital portable X-ray with bed-side imaging available in as little as 23 seconds_x000D_- State-of-the-art cardiac monitoring system with stat 12-lead EKG_x000D_- Advanced technological headboard design_x000D_- Negative Pressure Room_x000D_- Fully-equipped decontamination area_x000D_- A 24/7 laboratory staffed with degreed medical technologist who can perform almost any lab testing in house_x000D_- We offer a competitive salary and complete benefits package. $496,080 is base for 12 shifts in 4 week period. Incentive for nights and shifts worked beyond 12 in 4 week period._x000D_- Shifts are , and _x000D x000D_Location:_x000D x000D_West Plains is the center of trade for a 50-mile radius. The area's educational opportunities are excellent with public and private schools. Also, the West Plains campus of Missouri State University provides academic and vocational education programs which include a registered and practical nursing program plus a respiratory care school.
