About the Team Workday's Value Management team is a business consulting organization that works closely with Workday's prospective and current customers. Within our team, Value Realisation Managers work to help customers quantify, document, and articulate the value they deliver with Workday Enterprise Management Cloud solutions, and advise on strategies to unlock more value. Our next colleague will become an impactful active member of the Value Management team by leading initiatives that advance our global practice. About the Role This role will be an individual contributor position with high transparency within the geography and requires demonstration of leadership beyond the immediate span of control. Our Value Realisation Manager will own the value realisation and baseline pipeline and execution strategy in your designated regions within EMEA.
