Embedded Software Engineer : Hertfordshire/Cambridge : GBP 35,000 : GBP 55,000 pa Due to a rapidly increasing workload, a small consultancy in the Hertfordshire/Cambridge area are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to join their team developing complex Embedded Systems and Electronics solutions for a variety of clients in the medical, consumer, renewables and Io T space. Responsibilities: : Contribute to all stages of software and product development : Analysis : System architecture : Prototype design : Testing : Collaborate with other Hardware and Software Engineers to ensure that projects are delivered on time : Grow strong relationships with clients and stakeholders and aid them with developing their requirements and visions Key Skills/Experience: : Degree in Electronics/Computer Science or another relevant discipline : Embedded C/C++ : RTOS and Bare metal programming : Serial interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART etc. ) : Full software development life cycle experience : Microcontrollers (ARM STM32, M: Series, PIC, ESP32 etc. ) : Linux Non: Essential/Nice to have's: : Medical device standards (ISO13485, IEC 62304 etc. ) : Wireless technologies (Bluetooth/Wi: Fi etc. ) : Python/other programming languages : Experience in a consultancy/start up environment Benefits: : Profit share bonus 15:20 : 25 days holiday : Pension : Private medical insurance If you are interested in the position and think you have the skills required as an Embedded Software Engineer, please don't hesitate.
