Electrical Journeymen experience a MUST! MUST have your own tools.• Exceptional communication and customer service skills• Strong understanding of wiring, circuits and other electrical components• Ability to perform electrical tests, read results and diagnose and repair electrical problems• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills• Effective time management• Strong work ethic• Understanding of local and national codes, regulations and safety procedures• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents Compliant with electrical codes Wiring systems and devices Computer and telephone cabling Fire alarm/security/ CTV / MATV systems Reports to and receives assignments, instructions, and direction from the LCC Supervisor Maintains, repairs, and replaces or installs a broad range of electrical equipment and support systems for embassy operation and maintenance activities Reads and interprets drawings, sketches and layouts Performs lay-out, installs and maintains a variety of electrical equipment such as motors, lighting circuits, starters, generators, transformers, or any other electrical apparatus necessary for plant operation Does all work pertaining to changing electrical drives Checks output on DC controllers and replaces printed circuit boards when needed#Jazz1 Powered by JazzHR
