Company Overview: I am currently assisting a leading FM service provider with their ongoing search for multi skilled : electrical maintenance engineers to work on a large city: wide contract across London. My client look after over 30 buildings across North, East, South, West, and Central London. My client are looking to take on experienced maintenance electricians as part of this growth plan. Salary Range: GBP40k: GBP48k (dependant on experience and qualifications) Locations: Static sites across North, South, East, West, and Central London (Zones 1:6) Plenty of overtime available in evenings and weekend (non: compulsory) Monday : Friday or Shift work available Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, implementing timely and effective solutions to minimise downtime. Conduct preventive maintenance activities to extend the lifespan of electrical equipment and systems, including: UPS, transformers, Circuit breakers, distribution boards/panels and HVAC power supply. Generators : Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and service reports. Air Conditioning : Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) and Chillers BMS System Requirements: NVQ / C and G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship 17th/18th edition Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in building services (commercial offices, hospitals, or critical environment preferable) Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
