We are currently seeking a highly motivated Electrical Inspector located in Los Angeles, CA. Required Education: High school diploma (or equivalent) Required Certifications/Licenses: Current ICC Certification as a Commercial Electrical Inspector Proof of NFPE-70E standards Completion of training must have been achieved within the last 3 years 30-hour Cal-OSHA training prior to assignment The 30-hour training will have been received within the last 4 years. Required Qualifications: In order to become a candidate, you must possess the following skills and abilities. 3 years or more of experience performing electrical/IT inspections 3 years or more of experience with airfield lighting is required Good knowledge of, but not limited to LAWA's prescriptive requirements, local jurisdiction codes, LA City Electrical Codes, National Electrical Code, Cal OSHA and NFPA 70E requirements Responsibilities: Inspect installations of lowand high-voltage electrical systems, data and Information Technology systems, fire alarm systems, elevators and escalators, and other electrical systems related to commercial building construction and public Works type construction to ensure conformance with other applicable documents. Wear proper Personal Protection Equipment to inspect roof activities, climb stairs and ladders. Salary: $151,558.00 annually Bonus Pay: A bonus may be granted to employees depending on individual performance, employee utilization, attendance, tenure, and furtherance of other non-financial corporate goals; bonus opportunities are available at managements discretion.
