If so, then you may want to check out our opportunity. The Client is seeking a talented and self-driven individual to join our Utility Operations team. You will oversee the engineering staff and be responsible for the preparation of engineering plans, provide project management and communications for the electric, gas, and water transmission and distribution projects, as well as establish department standards, procedures, and strategic directives. Ability to always maintain personal and professional integrity, consistent with our mission and values. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Oversees the preparation of all engineering project plans, including drawings, specifications, and material invoicing. Develops specifications and project planning for all utilities including gas, water, electrical, and communications. Manages and oversees department engineering staff; and collaborates with Engineering Supervisor to train and evaluate employees. What will it take to be successful? Four-year bachelor's degree in electrical E80401 - Electrical Distribution Engineering. Two (2) years of engineering experience. Valid Minnesota Driver's license. ** This position requires candidates to be eligible to work in the United States, directly for an employer, without sponsorship now or anytime in the future. **
