A company is looking for an eCommerce Phone Support Operator (Remote). Key Responsibilities Provide customer support via phone and email, including order placement and tracking Maintain customer information and document interactions in a case management system Assist with website technical support and resolve post-order questions regarding shipping and billing Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High school diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Call center or customer service experience preferred Availability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
