Echocardiograph Technologist Eureka, California Full-Time - Day Shift Relocation Assistance AvailableUnder the direction of the Department Director, and supervision of the Cardiac Cath Lab Manager, the Echo Tech performs clinical diagnostic ultrasound imaging procedures and related activities according to department standards for all patients served: infant, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric. Serves as a customer service representative to patients, their families, the public, and the medical staff. Participates in quality control and organizational improvement activities. Serves as a clinical/technical resource for less experienced sonographers. Our caregivers are not simply valued they are invaluable. Must Haves: Graduate of a program in cardiac echocardiography approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association or Completed equivalent training through self-study, on-the-job training, etc National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography upon hire Or National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
