Asgard Resources: Company Overview Asgard Resources, located in Western North Dakota and Eastern Montana, is a rapidly growing company specializing in frac sand processing. Since 2019, we have become a leading supplier of frac sand to oil and gas companies nationwide. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. Job Summary: We are seeking to hire a Dry Plant Site Supervisor to oversee operations at our frac sand processing plant in Bainville, Montana. The position will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining a safe work environment. Duties & Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of plant personnel, including operators and maintenance staff. - Oversee the dry processing of frac sand, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules. - Monitor and adjust production processes and equipment settings to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime. - Conduct regular inspections of the facility and equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures. - Implement and enforce safety protocols to promote a safe working environment for all employees. - Coordinate with other departments, including maintenance and site manager, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products. - Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and safety inspections. - Provide training and mentorship to staff. - Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions as necessary. - Assist in the development and execution of operational budgets and resource allocation. - Perform other related duties as required. Preferred Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mining, or related field. - Proven experience in a supervisory role within a dry processing plant or similar industrial environment. - Knowledge of frac sand processing and related equipment. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. - Proficient in safety regulations and best practices within an industrial setting; Knowledge of MSHA requirements preferred. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. - Ability to work in a plant environment, which may include exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures. - Ability to work a flexible schedule, 8-12-hour shifts, days or nights, weekends and holidays, overtime as needed Benefits: Health insurance for individual, spouse, and dependents Life insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Please submit your resume to XXXX@asgardsand.com .
