Asgard Resources: Company Overview Asgard Resources, located in Western North Dakota and Eastern Montana, is a rapidly growing company specializing in frac sand processing. Since 2019, we have become a leading supplier of frac sand to oil and gas companies nationwide. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled maintenance mechanic to install, repair, and maintain equipment at our dry sand processing plant. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and will be required to comply with MSHA regulations. Experience in frac sand processing preferred but not required. Individuals with their own truck and tools will be compensated accordingly. Duties & Responsibilities: - Maintain, repair, diagnose, and install equipment - including conveyors, pumps, heavy machinery, and control devices. - Understands equipment from electric motors, gearboxes, conveyors, hydraulics, load out chutes, gas and diesel engines, vehicle and machine repairs, with the ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and make quick responsive repairs. - Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production equipment. - Experience with welding, vibration analysis, electrical/mechanical, bearing training, conveyor systems, pumps, fans, screening equipment, and vibrating conveying systems preferred. - Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on plant equipment. - Perform emergency repairs and technical troubleshooting on equipment. - Perform light welding tasks. - Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. - Troubleshoot issues and repair failures of production and facilities equipment. - Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment. - Lubricate equipment parts per OEM specifications and schedules. - Coordinate with site manager and production team. Preferred Qualifications: - Safety-focused with prior maintenance experience, preferably in an industrial or frac sand environment. - Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. - Strong decision-making skills in high-pressure situations with minimal supervision. - Effective communicator with ability to read, write and understand English. - Ability to work independently and in teams. - Willingness to assist with construction projects as needed. - Capable of working in adverse conditions and lifting 50-100 pounds. - Ability to work a flexible schedule, 8-12-hour shifts, days or nights, weekends and holidays, overtime as needed Benefits: Health insurance for individual, spouse, and dependents Life insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Please submit your resume to XXXX@asgardsand.com .
