Autumn Lake Healthcare at Birch Manor is seeking a PT/OT Director of Rehabilitation DOR to fill a full-time , salaried position in our s kil led nursing facility . You'll be responsible for the overall supervision, coordination and administration of the facility. Some of the key responsibilities of the PT/OT Director of Rehabilitation DOR... Develop and implement strategic plans for rehabilitation services, in alignment with the organization's overall goals and objectives. Provide leadership and direction to a team of rehab professionals Oversee the daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality assurance. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans for patients, ensuring optimal outcomes. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation services, making recommendations for improvements and implementing changes as needed. Stay current with advancements in rehabilitation therapies and techniques, incorporating evidence-based practices into clinical protocols. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards related to rehabilitation services. We are looking for a PT/OT Director of Rehabilitation DOR who is solution-oriented, and willing to provide guidance and support when uncertainty arises. Must be well organized and motivated. Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility is required.
