Pawsh Dog Spa opened it’s doors in 2006 with the goal of providing top level professional dog grooming services for the Vancouver downtown community. We love dogs and pride ourselves in pampering your pet and making them feel loved. Pawsh Dog Spa and Boutique is currently looking for a permanent and full time Dog Grooming Salon Manager. Job Duties: • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of dog grooming salon• Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff• Plan and control budget and inventory• Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems• Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies• Hire, train and supervise staff• Must be able to perform the same duties as dog groomers when necessary Skills and Experiences: • College diploma or vocational certificate as dog grooming or related program• Good customer service and time management skills• Several years of practical experience as dog groomer• Must be proficient in hand scissoring and hand stripping of dogs Language: • Communication (both Oral and Written) skills in English Work Location: 80 Smithe St, Vancouver, BC V6B 1M7 Compensation: $29.00/hour, 4% vacation pay, store discounts Please send your resume to xyz X@ (e-mail) Only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
