Job Title: Document Review Specialist (HYBRID) Location: Richmond, VA Duration: 12+ Months Job Description: We are seeking detail-oriented Document Review Specialists to assist in evaluating a large volume of electronic documents. The ideal candidates will be responsible for reviewing documents to determine drafts or early versions vs. final documents for possible purging. Review of content against retention schedules may also be required. This position requires a meticulous approach to document analysis and the ability to work efficiently within established guidelines. Responsibilities: Review and assess electronic documents against guidelines Identify final documents requiring retention and ensure proper classification. Maintain accurate records of document assessments and decisions. Skills: Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document review Required 3 Years Familiarity with documentation related to community development and regulation (land management, permitting, inspections, etc.) Desired 3 Years Excellent organizational and time management skills Required 3 Years Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment Required 3 Years Powered by JazzHR
