A company is looking for a District Manager to enhance the Area Manager position in a complex sales territory. Key Responsibilities Manage a team to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable growth while focusing on safety and compliance Oversee sales performance, ensuring targets for cash flow, inventory, and indirect spend are met or exceeded Collaborate with HR to develop key leaders and assess opportunities for business growth Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a Science or technical field, or equivalent experience 7+ years of industry experience, preferably in pulp and paper or water treatment Experience in managing sales teams and customer relations Ability to assess performance and implement improvements Experience in safety and environmental management within the industry
