Responsibilities of our next Dispatcher: Learn the business and learn how to prioritize a schedule Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field. Ability to work independently. Participate in daily huddles and training so that you grow and develop as a professional. Scheduling and dispatching technicians to appropriate work orders according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs Relaying information such as progress of the technician to managers and customers Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services or equipment Preparing daily work such as schedules Preparing work orders for technicians Keeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other information Requirements for our next Dispatcher: 2 years of Dispatching experience required Experience in a residential home service setting MANDATORY Scheduling experience preferred Proficient computer knowledge competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems Detail-oriented and organized Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle challenging situations with ease and empathy Excellent ability to multi-task At our company, we believe in finding and nurturing the best talent.
