Position: Director, Women's Services Location: Mayfield, KY Salary: $73,000.00 - $100,000.00 Signing Bonus: Negotiable Relocation Package: None JOB SUMMARY The Director of Womens Services will oversee and manage the womens health services department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and the effective management of departmental resources. This role involves strategic planning, staff supervision, and the implementation of best practices in womens health. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Management : Direct and manage all operations within the Womens Services department. Supervise and provide guidance to clinical and administrative staff. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care and departmental efficiency. Quality & Compliance : Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including those specific to womens health. Monitor and improve quality of care through continuous evaluation and feedback. Maintain records and documentation related to patient care and departmental operations. Strategic Planning : Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans for the department. Analyze and report on departmental performance and patient outcomes. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address them. Patient Care : Ensure that all patients receive compassionate and comprehensive care. Address patient concerns and resolve issues as they arise. Education & Training : Provide ongoing education and training to staff on best practices and new developments in womens health. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Qualifications Education : Associate degree required; Bachelors degree preferred in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Licensure & Certification : Current RN license for Kentucky. AWHONN (Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses) certification required. Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role within a womens health or related department. Demonstrated experience in leadership, strategic planning, and quality improvement. Skills & Attributes : Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in healthcare management software and tools.
